Very interesting piece, if I do say so myself. Again, I find myself quite entranced and intrigued by your style. It feels as though she's been out in the rain a long while, and the sun is finally coming out. (I make so little sense in my commentary, don't I?)

Oh, her eye! You're very good at making sharp looks. I especially love the vivid gold color. It jumps at you from all that pale color of her skin and her hair. Makes me wonder where she's looking. And after looking at it a moment again, it's very unique. I see gold firebender eyes get equated to hawk eyes quite often in writing. Here, there's a different sort of intensity. Beyond normal human, most assuredly. I wonder if it would be too much on my part to say like a dragon's eye. ;)

May I ask where you place this piece, timeline wise? Personally I see it somewhere shortly after chapter 6. You've got the detail on the high cheekbone (eee! Aristocratic feature!) very strong, I feel, and she seems thin. That may be the shading, but you can tell me if I'm totally wrong. The length and general shagginess of her hair (which I find quite cute and I wish I could ruffle it) also makes me think it's after her month-long coma plus two weeks.

Only one vague critique again this time. The two angled lines under her nose--which, if I guess correctly--are meant to help to define the nose seem a bit oddly placed or not needed. I feel that if those lines were removed, the nose itself brought a little lower and some of its shading adjusted (perhaps sharpening some lines? I'm so bad at doing this.), it would work even better.

Thank you very much for this piece as well! It's very lovely--very focused on Kailas through her face. I really like this one too. :)

(And I should have said this on the other piece, where the comment was--but I'm totally looking forward to what you have planned for Hova! :D)

They said you couldn't.
They lied out of fear.

If you feel like it, come with me. I will tell you a story.
I'll show you something.

No no, you make sense. Nothing to worry about there. That's how I wanted it to be. Now, if only I could do backgrounds... Argh!

I love drawing eyes. They communicate emotions and personality so very well on their own. The window into one's soul. And I'm flattered. I wanted to go for something other than the usual hawk-eye look. :blushes:

And you're right on target with all that you've said, timeline wise. And yes! The high cheekbone was noticeable! :mwahaha: I was a tad worried it wouldn't be. Her hair...I was very excited to draw her hair out like that for some reason. So adorable. <3

Ah, her nostrils? I'll try out your suggestions and see how it comes out. :3

Oh, it's my pleasure. You're one of my favorite writers and I've been wanting to draw out your characters for quite some time now. I'll do my best with Hova!
